Our Menus

We believe in using the best possible ingredients afforded to us; and classic technique to produce cuisine that is straight forward and not over complicated. We utilize slow food technique, and strive to support our local ranchers, farmers, and foragers.

We butcher our own meats, create all our own desserts from scratch, and prepare over thirty sauces daily. We only use wild or certified organic farm raised seafood.

We attempt to limit our dependence on corporate farming and ranching where ever possible. Our Chef is happy to discuss our areas broad delineation of artisan producers, who labor to offer you world class products.

Our restaurant is unique in that we recognize that our desire to exceed the expectations of our most discerning diners is what quantifies our success. Thank you for dining with us!

Our Reservation and Seating Policy:  Reservations are strongly recommended. We cannot hold your table

longer than 10 minutes past your expected arrival time unless otherwise notified.  Seating is limited to 90 minutes unless prior arrangements have been made.   Thank you for your cooperation!

 

Please keep your children seated.  Gentlemen, please remove your hats in our Dining Rooms.

A service charge may be added to your check.  An 18% gratuity is added to parties of 6 or more.

Please limit cell phone use to the front area of the Tavern or hostess area.

 

If you are in a hurry, kindly inform your server before you order.

Because your dinner is made to order and prepared fresh,

it takes us time to facilitate your order to our standards.

 

If you supply your own special occasion cake, arrangements must be made prior to your seating.

A $2 plate service charge per slice will occur.
