Flannery's currently has suspended our live entertainment.  We plan to use this opportunity to evaluate our position concerning these types of shows.

We are obligated to pay very large fees to licensing companies if we continue to allow entertainers to play licensed cover songs.

We hope that we are able to come to an agreement with any future artists in our establishment so that they are able to perform, but perform only their own orininal creations.

We will not be able to host any artists that perform cover material or that are associated by agreement with any licensing company that includes; BMI, ASCAP, or SESAC.

We will continue to offer our guests other types of events that will continue to be posted on this page.
