Beers

Our draft and bottle beer selections are hand selected by our chef. His industry experience encompasses not only cuisine. He has also worked as brewer assistant, as well as purchaser for properties boasting beer selections numbering in the hundreds. He has traveled extensively in Eastern Europe, studying the seat of brewing tradition in Belgium, Germany, Holland, as well as the US desert south west. He would be equally as happy to provide suggestions for pairing his cuisine with our 18 draft selections, or our captains list of world class bottled malt beverage offerings.
